CPK ID 332
D06.9 (Carcinoma of cervix, unspecified) combined with LDC03 (Conisation of cervix uteri using diathermy or laser) in outpatient care is allocated to DRG364O (D&c, conization, for non-malignancy , short therapy) with the weight 0.1374 (Sweden 2010). If a polyp of cervix uteri (N84.1) is excised (LDB00) in the same session the case is allocated to DRG 360O (Vagina, cervix & vulva procedures , short therapy) with the weight 0,1104. Thus, the addition of a secondary procedure results in a DRG with lesser weight. This is undesirable because we have a risk for underreporting of procedures, which will lead to incorrect medical registers.
The problem is caused by a hierarchy problem in the outpatient part of MDC 13.
The rule for DRG 360O with ORD 113D090 should be moved to below the rule for DRG 364O.

The meeting recommended to accept the proposal that the rule for DRG 360O with ORD 113D090 should be moved to below the rule for DRG 364O.
The rule for DRG 360O with ORD 113D090 should be moved to below the rule for DRG 364O (currently ORD 113D100)
