Problem
The return code (rtc) in the rule for DRG 469 with ord 000D004 is “0” (Grouping completed technically). It should be changed to “8” (Principal diagnosis not applicable)

I agree, I would propose that 469 is combined to 470 since both indicate an error in coding.

The meeting recommended to combine DRG 469 and 470 to only one DRG 470. They both indicate an error in coding.
CHANGES
Technical change
All references to DRG 469 are changed to DRG 470. For technical reasons 470O and 470X will appear in the master tables as needed. The national DRG will always be 470.
DRG change
DRG 469 will be combined to DRG 470 which indicates an error in the input data.
