A fourth degree perineal laceration during delivery (O7030) has in all versions the DGPROP 14X11 ‘Complication of delivery’ wheras third degree (O7020) has not.

Sweden has defined subcodes of O7020 and some of them have been given property 14X11.

To adjust for the common version properties either specific codes corresponding to the SWE codes have to created or the codes have to be linked to O7030.

Technical change

Remove 14X11 from the deleted code O702B and link O702D and O702E to O7030.

DRG change

No change except with old data using O702B.
