This is a summary of the analyses of the differences between the countries in the CC exclusions of the diagnoses.

The large number of differing cases is mostly problems with properties of code pairs (1894 cases). They are as a matter of fact correct but the system reports a difference. They are marked green in case column and have ‘-‘ in note column .

Additionally there are 123 obvious errors that are marked red. These are marked with red in the note column and ‘-‘ in the case column of the attached table. Most of the cases are from DEN version (83 cases) . Usually a property is added or removed from one version, some times from 2-3 versions. However, in for L8180 a number exclusions is only included in SWE and should be added to all versions.

C6960 ‘Malignant neoplasm of orbit’ has for some reason got exclusion for COMPL 11C17 ‘Obstructive or reflux uropathy ‘. Only DEN has the obvious correct exclusion 08C22 ‘Musculosceletal malignancy’. This should be included in all versions and 11C17 removed.

Technical change

The changes in the attached table (new, previous was not the latest version) marked in note-column with red text must be performed as instructed in the note.
(Common version to be checked first, then differences in the national versions can be corrected)

DRG change

Some assignments to CC-groups may change. I expect a low number of changes.

We have studied Marttis file "komplexdiffprob.xlsx" and made comments. See attached "komplexdiffprob Comments by NPK.xlsx". In most cases, but not all, we agree with Martti. It is important that Martti looks at our comments before the definition tables are done.

Because of the question of Ralph Dahlgren I started to check the list once more. I creatged a version where national changes are marked in the columns of national codes with yellow background. The changing codes are still marked with red text.
I found some errors in my earlier version because of wrong thinking then. The effects are still minimal on the DRG assignment.
I agree in all points with Mats comments but I have now found 54 lines where the Swedish version will in principle be affected. 15 of these are of the type where a pair has separately been given a property when one the codes in the pair already has it. This is obviously unnecessary. 39 are however minor changes I hope Sweden can check these. You can filter them by filter SWE codes with yellow background and empty for your comments.
