Norway is not happy with the rule 117D022998 that assigns intracranial radiotherapy to DRG 003N even without a neurological diagnosis.
Therefore Norway wants to change the MDC from 17 'Myeloproliferative diseases..' to MDC 01 'Neurological diseases'. In addition the rule has to be moved to MDC 01 outpatient area in the DRGlogic table.
The changes to the current rule 117D022998 are change of ord to 124D000060 and MDC to 01.
The cases with unspecific myeloproliferative disease principal diagnosis will be assigned to DRG 468O and cases with neurological principal diagnosis to DRG 003N
The change will not affect other NordDRG versions.

We agree to implement the rules for MDC 17. The main reason why we took it out in the 2016-version was that there seems like no cases in the Norwegian material was involved. It might be because of our coding rules? As we describe in a new case #473 we still have some problem with cases to the new DRG 3N.

Together with Liselotte we noticed that this case has resulted in some errors in the logic table.
There are now 2 DRG's 003P and 003N with the same name. 003P is obviously 'Stereotactic intracranial radiotherapy, short therapy' and 003N is 'Stereotactic intracranial radiotherapy'.
In addtion the rows discussed earlier were not correct. The correct rows are in the updated technical changes.
Furthermore there is an unnecessary rule for NordDRG-Est that is a copy of the previous line and must be removed.
