This is a real minor error but, anyhow, it should be corrected. In the Swedish version of the table Drglogic there are three rows without the plus sign in the field ICD, despite the demand of a diagnosis belonging to MDC 04 or 05. The error does not affect the grouping but it is important for the systematic in the table, which in turn is important for systematic instructions to find the right principal diagnoses in the new “manual”, the NDRG Explorer.

It is an error. No analysis is needed.

Finnish National DRG-centre 2017-3-3

In Finnish version ORD 299D999990 doesn't have any sign either in ICD column and should be corrected too.

The rules ORD 104D040300, 405D023000 and 405D023010 are only valid for Swe-version.
The rule 299D999990 does not depend on correct ICD code and the ICD='+' is at least in principal wrong.
Error to be corrected without effect on grouping.
